Danny Fearns - Benefits advisor
Danny has been a specialist advisor in social security law since the 1980s. He has a reputation as an advocate at Social Security Appeal Tribunals, gained over many years and hundreds of tribunals. Danny has a wealth of experience covering all areas of benefits law. Danny has also represented many cases at Social Security Commissioners Appeals.
Frank Newbold - Benefits advisor
Frank has been at the Law Centre since the early 1980s. He has been a specialist in benefits law throughout that time and has an unrivalled knowledge of all benefits. He also has a vast experience of representation at Social Security Appeal Tribunals.
Robert Taylor - Solicitor
Robert has worked at the Law Centre since February 2004 and qualified as a solicitor in 2006. He has substantial experience in welfare rights law, including representation at benefit tribunals.
