Gay has advised in most areas of housing law. She is a well-respected expert in housing benefit law and how it impacts upon tenants when defending possession actions. She also has wide experience of advising vulnerable, sick and disabled people across the range of housing law.

David Reilly - Housing advisor

David has specialised in housing law for many years. He has a broad experience of representation in the County Court in all forms of possession actions and counter claims. David has a particular knowledge of housing law as it affects tenants of social registered landlords such as Council and housing associations.

James Stewart - Housing advisor

James has experience of advising on a number of different areas of housing law and also has extensive knowledge of the benefits system and the way it affects housing cases. James is experienced in working on behalf of clients in County Court possession cases and has particular knowledge of homelessness law.
