Getting housing advice
The Law Centre acts for individuals only and does not act for landlords or mortgage lenders. We are able to advise anyone living in Coventry. We have attained the Legal Aid Agency's Quality Mark at the Specialist Help level for housing law. We have held this since March 1999.
We will advise tenants about their housing rights. We provide help and representation for individuals facing possession actions, evictions, harassment, disrepair, rent arrears and problems related to their housing situation. We also offer advice on all aspects of homelessness and judicial review in a housing context.
Our advisers are particular experts in representation and advocacy at the Court. If you need an interpreter please let us know so that we can arrange for one to be present any interview.
