Discrimination team members
The team consists of four people and is supervised by Elayne Hill.
Elayne Hill - Solicitor
Elayne is a qualified solicitor and has extensive experience of working in the voluntary sector and private practice. Elayne has considerable experience of employment and discrimination casework and has a particular interest in disability discrimination.
Tim Astley - Solicitor
Tim is the Disability Rights Worker at Coventry Law Centre. His time is divided between casework and raising awareness of the Disability Discrimination Act, in particular Part 3 of the Act prohibiting disability discrimination in relation to goods, facilities, services and premises.
Balvinder Budesha - Solicitor
Balvinder is a solicitor and has previously specialised in employment and discrimination in both CABs and private practice.
